    25/38 m1880

    Hi,

    Here is an old French fuze (I like them !) : 25/38 M1880.

    Just one question : on what kind of shell was this used ?
    25/38 is unusual dimensions !
    Any live or dug ordnance presented by me has been disposed of by EOD technicians.

    It's for old french calibers (shrapnel) : 80, 90 and 95 mm (sorry, I don't have pics of these shells).

    Stephan,, thank you for taking the time and effort to repair your posts and replace the missing images
    By using the on site image uploading software ,,they will be permanent now unlike when posted using off site image hosts which lose or remove pictures

    Any Live or Dug ordnance shown by me has been disposed of by military EOD personnel .
