Any good tips for removing small specks of rust on a projectile withought removing/damaging paint?

Thanks,
Darren

I have been using this stuff for the past few months.

http://www.theruststore.com/Evapo-Rust-Gallon-P1C1.aspx

It isn't supposed to harm paint, and it hasn't affected the paint on the items I have soaked in it. I have soaked things for a few days, if the rust is built up.

I'm not sure if it is available in your area. An internet search for overseas distributors would be my suggestion.

Hi Darren,

I haven't used anything myself but know that SG500 (Dave) swears by hammerite rust remover, see link below. If you read the post you will see the before and after effects. Removes rust but leaves paint. PM him and he will give you futher details I am sure. He has another post somewhere, I'll try and hunt it out for you and will put it on here if I find it,
