    Kugelgranate 1915 box

    Hi

On how many pieces "kugelgranate 1915" is this box?
Whether the item is quite rare in this condition?
What price reached at auction in a similar condition?

    Thanks
    Regards

Could you post closer pics of the instructions label, please? The box is very rare, all WWI boxes are rare, but donīt expect a lot of money, boxes are a very special field and not all the collectors want them.
    Best Regards.

Hi Przemek, Congratulations on finding one of the rarest WW1 grenade boxes there is to be had, and with good inside label. Makes me green with envy. Good score...Dano

Kugel grenade is the Bilboquet (ball in cup). Igniter pull pin was attached to 5 or 6 meter length of string which when expelled from cup became taut and pulled pin and became a pecussion effect grenade. It is all spelled out in the Delhomme book. The Bilboquet is extremely rare..Dano
