ELAZ 79A plus mystery bits!

Nice package arrived today from my new pal in Poland
There are some ELAZ 79A's in the package plus some odds and ends that need i.d.
What is the cable for and is that fuze 'bottom end' from an ELAZ 56 or the 157/3 mine -influence fuze?
Included are a cap from a type 15 and a few more transport caps for the collection.
The other question is what do the small dots mean to the left of the the ELAZ 25C? Im sure Madbomber has said previously that they meant the fuzes were for tropical use?

Tp is for tropical use.

The ELAZ 106 and ENT 106 from the V1 have simular cables but the one I have here has a different colour.
