    2 pounder drill round

Thought I would share some pics of my 2 pounder drill round. I got this 28 years ago when i was 13, HELL how time flies!! I got it for £5 all the money i had at the time. shame as the junk shop had 2 a pair would have looked good, but I still think it's ace, so money well spent. I've never seen another one, so are they rare?

I'll say money well spent. That round is just awesome. Something about the wooden drill rounds do it for me. Well done and thanks for sharing....Dano

    Hi Mark
they are a bit rare they tend to stay in colections and not get sold too often the last one i spoted for sale was about three months ago at £40 it was cheap at that price and not as good as yours.

Yeah, just gotta love the wooden ones.......years ago I was fortunate enough to have a wooden (with some metal bits) 3.7" AA drill round! Now that was a BIG round.

Sorry no pics - just memories.......
    Cheers

It's a pity you are not closer as I just sold mine one last year........

Actually there was a recent auction in Sydney and a 3.7" case was sold - haven't seen one those in years....
(not sure how much as I only bidding on the Japanese swords )

    Cheers
