Looks like a 28lB flame float marker , does the hole go right through the bomb roughly the sme size of a 12 bore cartridge?

Need ID Aircraft Bomb
Look about the same size as a 11.5 pounder but look like an older straight drop HE. Note the protruding fuze mount in the front. Front is heavy and seems to be fitted internally with a burster tube. A drawing would help. johnbastienat@gmail.com
