I have got a couple of these, fired. I was looking at a brown metal storage tube for a 2" illum mortar the other day and noticed that the maker of the round was CY-Chorley, but instead of ICI for the cart, it was IMI which is Israeli Military Industries ? I will see if I can get a pic up over the weekend. I know we are buying munitions from IMI now, but this round was from the 1970's. Tony.

ciao

Chorley (CY) is a filling facility rather than a manufacturing plant.

IMI is Imperial Metal Industries, one of the several names ICI/Kynoch have used over the years.
