Trench Art Umbrella Stand

Picture of a ww1 case made into an umbrella stand, it is quite hard to find the larger trench art case's this one has a nice patination. Markings on the shell are KARLSRUHE PATRONENFABRIK NOV 1916 SP255 AND THE NUMBER 28, I was told the case is 155 x 725R and it was used for the 15cm Kanone 16.

Humm, seems that the 150 x 725S were popular for umbrella stands... (LOL)

Cheers
