    Hello Rick,

    Some of the camouflage patterns on their armored vehicles could be extremely effective. What the "H" is with the white wall tires?

    This is just a parade feature.

    But I have seen entirely white painted spare wheels with combat units when their vehicles were in storage. This is just to prevent aging of the rubber in sunlight.
