Here's a nice example of a AOKh 8 bomb i saw recently.

Picture 1 shows the metal fragments after removal.

Picture 3 shows the internal cavities within the bomb. The metal fragments and the toxic fill of DA are contained within the space between the burster tube and the outer wall.
