Weapons of the WWII Tommy - New expanded and revised edition

The new expanded and revised edition of the book Weapons of the WWII Tommy is now available. The new books have more than 300 additional pages of content over the first edition. They can be identified by a yellow banner near the bottom indicating “Revised and Expanded” which is what we did last year when the revised editions of the Equipment of the WWII Tommy books came out. This is to ensure anyone buying copies from a vendor, eBay or at a local show don’t get sold a used copy of the old book. The first printing has been out of print for awhile and people have been selling used copies on Amazon for really crazy prices. The UK site has one for 395GBP and the USA site has one for $555US. No point doing that when you can buy a new copy of the expanded book for $34.95 plus shipping.

Link below gets you to the information and ordering site for the weapons book which has 784 total pages. A breakdown is shown on the site to compare chapters and content of the first edition and this new expanded edition.

And we still have some copies of the expanded edition of the equipment book as well which has 664 total pages and can be found a this link:

Both books were printed in limited numbers so get your copy at cover price while they are available.

Attached an image of the cover for reference to the revised banner since the main image is the same as the earlier first printing. Think you'll enjoy the book. I wrote it and am still a bit in shock seeing how thick they are due to the added content.

As a side note, any orders going to Canada will be held until the post offices up there open up again. In case people don't know it, all of the Canadian postal facilities have been closed due to striking labor up there. Doesn't affect us here in the USA with the exception of not being able to ship things into Canada.

    Hey Dave,

It couldn’t have happened without the support ofyourself and a handful of other collectors that have shared their toys over the years.

    Hey Allan,

Good to hear the book made the crossing so quickly. Guess it won't be as handy anymore as a pocket reference due to the added weight. But the extra mine information might come in handy on some of your digs.
