    The Bomb Disposal Men

A film from 1974 about the RAOC. Caution there is some ordnance porn early in the film. 50 mins long.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Barbeques on fire by the chalets past the castle headland
I watched the gift shops glitter in the darkness off the Newborough gate
All these moments will be lost in time, like icecream on the beach
    Time for tea.

a real "blast" from the past for me. lots of familiar faces ( and places). The surnames were all changed to protect my colleagues. as things have changed so much since this was filmed I dont think that I am compromising any official or BOCN guidelines by saying that the training scenes were from within the depot at CAD Kineton and the museum sequence from from the Army School of Ammunition also at Kineton. The current situation for training IEDD and EOD Operators is detailed here - http://www.defencemanagement.com/art...&article=10232
