    Red face 3.7cm FlaK HE ¼” Cut

    Here is the latest addition to the museum:

    7cm FlaK HE ¼” Cut-Away Round for the Naval C/30 Coastal Defense/Anti-Aircraft Gun. The brass over steel shell case is headstamped “auz Viii 99 C/30st 7.41”. The projectile is completely ¼ cut away from tip of fuse to base. The unpainted aluminum fuse is stamped “eds 1942 3.7cm KZ40” and a waffenamp. The body of the projectile has 99% of the original yellow paint and is stenciled in red “Br Fa 46”, ?? b Los Nr. Verson” and ?nd 11 verseb”. The base fuse has a white waffenamp stenciled on it. It even has the red paper HE charge which has various black stencils among which is “3.7 cm Br. Spgr. L4.1”.
