Help on a ID

it looks like a german drill fuze for the Zt.Z. S/30 (and similar shaped fuzes). The groove around should prevent wear or damage of the fuze setting machine or fuze setting key. Why do you think it's british?

Hi,

Can you post a photo of the base?

Obvious question - any markings or stamps?

I agree with Alpini - I don't think it is British either.....

Cheers
Drew

First thank you to Alpini and Dronic69
- I have only this photo
- This fuse was in a glass case with many British fuses and the form (at the bottom) like a fuse GB
- no markings or stamps
Merci encore
au revoir
Jean Paul

I also agree with Alpini, If i look at the fuze and the point on the side were you can put the key on to screw the fuze on the projectile i would say German Drill
