    BUTTERFLY BOMB - SD2 and M83 ' COLLECTION '

    Hello Everyone........

...I thought it was about time I posted a few photos of the SD2's and M83's that I have in my collection. These are not the easiest things to track down and the 'collection' has taken me a couple of decades to put together.

The collection began with a single unit and through time, one became two and so on, growing steadily, though slowly, sometimes being put on the 'back burner' for a while, then added to again etc, etc.......... Then a couple of years ago I was very fortunate enough to 'stumble' across B.O.C.N. whilst doing re-search on the SD2's and I havent looked back since....... I have had the help of many members in my quest to add new items to my collection, and to all, I am truely grateful -THANKYOU !!
    (I am always looking !!!!)

So enough of this rambling, here are the pics, I hope you like them,

First up are a couple of shots of the complete SD2's I have.....

Next are the M83's (the American version of the German SD2)

    bb (3).jpg

Below ; my two examples of British-made 'dummy' SD2's - probably made for use by the A.R.P.

    bb (4).jpg

Finally ; some examples of relic 'as found' wing units - these will remain untouched within the collection

If anyone else has images of SD2's / M83's within their own collection, please feel free to post

    kind regards to all

    Kev

( PLEASE NOTE : All items shown are totally INERT and F.F.E. )

    Hi fellas,

Sorry but old waffy is having a bad time in life at moment. Will bounce back soon hopefully. Ive been having renovations on the house that are far from finished. Indeed, when im feeling like old happy-waff again then i will sort some pics.
