    I'm sure that story is a few years old now. I seem to remember it happening when I was in Secondary school (High school to Americans). This was sometime before summer '07.

    If I remember right the film "Bowling for Columbine" by Michael Moore has a part in it where he opens a bank account and gets a voucher for a free gun, similar thing........
