    60mm mortar test thing???

    Any one seen one of these before? Some sorta powder measurer???? pressure tester??? subcal??

    If I were to guess I say a sub-caliber device
    along the same line as the 81mm
    I would guess that a small caliber blank type round is
    inserted into the base so that when the round is dropped down the tube
    the percussion hammer fires it and that initiates a sub-caliber projectile what ever that may be.
    I wonder if the round numbered thingamabob may be increment charge set
