Hi Chris,
It's a "Brennzunder / 30 sekunden" Time (Combustion) Fuse
This was an experimental two-ring fuse of the same contours as the mechanical time S/30 patterns. Developed late in the war and only a few were used.
Probably quite rare!
Cheers

Just found out that the BZS/30 fuze was used on the 10.5 cm Rot-Weiss propaganda projectile.

Hum Chris,
I mis something on your fuze !
All the pyrotechnic time fuzes I known have one or more holes to let the combustion gas escape out the fuze when burning.
Where is this on your fuze ?

Yodamaster,
Will put some more info on this fuze tomorrow.
I can tell you that inside the fuze there is space for the combustion gas.

Yodamaster,
Attached there is a PDF file about the 10.5 cm projectile and the fuze.
It is a bad quality but other information I'm not allowed to put on BOCN.
I can tell you the following as well.
When the projectile is fired the primer will hit the strikerpin (this will be left on the photo I put op two days ago).
Due to the gas pressure a small folie right of the strikerpin will burn away and small locking ball will be pressed to the right so that the gasses can go into the space on the right and into the top of the fuze.
Regards,
Chris
