I have these two fuses and not of which they are

regards

the first one is marked ATK-35 is 150 divisions

he second marked ba 93230 42 - m is 38 divisions

Are you sure there is no marking АТК-ЭБ on the first fuze ? This mean ATK-EB in cyrillic alphabet. It's a russian fuze for containers.
 
The other one is the 9E230 the "42" is the factory code (Maslenikov Plant in Samara) and not part of the designation. This is the time fuze for the "9M41" 90mm illuminating rocket for PRP-3 reconnaisance vehicles.

Please be more accurate when reproducing markings since when wrong it may make an ID impossible.
