New find - What is it ?

Anybody have an idea what this is from.

Found in a gully East of Anzio. I have also found in the past , German Egg grenada, US M1 Carbine magazine (both very rusty) and plenty of shell fuses and shrapnel in the same location.

    Awesome ID!

Also awesome find. Finding fuzes, shrapnel etc is great but sometimes these personal finds are mindblowing, can you imagine a few soldiers sitting around listening to one of them playing the harmonica during a lull in the battle?

I wonder if that soldier dropped his harmonica and lost it and then went to look for it later, or what happened.

Stuff like that sends my imagination into over drive!
