Are these examples of projectiles for 2 different guns, HE shells for the 2-pounder pom-pom with the nose fuses, and AP shot for the 2 pounder anti-tank gun ?

The shell HE HV/T, Mk2 was the same projectile as used in the 2 PR No I Mk II (pom pom).

Delivery of HE rounds for the 2 PR tank gun began in 1942.

I'd imagine by the time of issue most if not all the HE shells were used by the reconnaissance regiment.

The round is pictured and described in a 1951 RAC training pamphlet on the armament for the Daimler armoured car Mks 1 & 2.
