    That's quite the paint job on the Maverick! Always wanted one of those.

    Thanks. I didnt even know what the colour (color) was until I got it back and opened the box. I was expecting grey and black. This missile looks to be in immaculate condition. It has been stripped of all explosive components but all the electronics remain.
    Sadly we have disposed of the Maverick system in the UK and I believe that all remaining operational missiles are being returned to Raytheon for reworking.

    Here is ours a Maverick, maintenance training missile in the correct colors.

    Any Live or Dug ordnance shown by me has been disposed of by military EOD personnel .
