    2.75 inch APKWS II In production

    The 2.75 inch rocket Advanced Precision Kill Weapons System (APKWS), a laser guidance kit for exisiting rockets is now being tested.

    There is much more to look out for. Several companies developed such systems with somewhat different approaches.

    All from the June 2012 Eurosatory in Paris:

    Here Lockheed-Martin's approach with a "screw on top warhead" section:


    Here the Turkish Roketsan variant which is an integral design incorporating the guidance unit:


    Here one I have no better info on since it was displayed with Eurocopter choppers of EADS and the scope was not on ammo there. Think this one is French:
