Inert flare cartridge wanted British ww2

Hi, I visited a 1940's event locally and was talking with a chap who was displaying some RAF items. During our conversation he said that he was having trouble finding an inert cartridge to display alongside his deactivated Webley No4 MK 1 pistol. So I said I would try to help............does anyone have a spare cartridge for one of these??? If you have please pm me.

I have no idea what I am looking for so if anyone can also post any pictures of the cartridges that this pistol would take it would be very useful. The chap said that they were brass base with cardboard body???

here is a link to the type of flare pistol he has ...... http://www.museumoftechnology.org.uk/expand.php?key=483

    thanks for reading
    regards Kev

If the caliber is 1" I beleive that these will fit nicely.Patron_Signal_Mk.XII.jpg
