another old rimfire identification please

this one is again a copper, rimfire but there is no headstamp. The case is 37mm long, the base dia. 12mm & the calibre approx 10mm. shown against a Spencer 56-56.

Off the cuff, this could be a .46 Extra Long. Produced in the U.S. in the late 1800's to very early 1900's.
