British WWI Artillery 'piece' Clinometer

Any clues please on use and value?

The Clinometer, Large was used on siege guns such as 9.2-in howitzers and 9.2-in BL guns. As for value the ones made by E R Watts & Son were costed at £14.17.6 in a January 1915 contract for quantity 50.
