strange UM P3 ....

Gents,
We found this det in a BR M93 ... has anybody ever seen a det like this? The rest of the gren fuze is a regular UM P3.
All help would be very much appreciated!

Nobody?
Through another source I heard it was used in the Yougoslavian war ... no further info
