Unknown 81 mm mortar

We found last days a uncommon mortar shell.
It's a 81 mm probably, I think, practice shell.
The color is not original. The shape let think to a french projectile.
The fuze is completely in steel.
The wings are also uncommon. Four pairs of wings solded on the tail tube. The normal holes are not open and six holes are drilled in the tail between the wings and the bottom of projo.
In place of the normal propulsive cartridge we find a threaded plus with a central hole and two holes for a wrench. That let me think to a system permitted the use of different propulsive cartridges for shooting the mortar on a short training range. This to learn the firing drill and to use more as one time the same mortar shell. Only the propulsive cartridge must be replaced.

Should someone have see this sort of 81 mm mortar ? Wich country produced it ? Have someone a operator guide of it ?.......

How yes, there is absolutely NO marking on it except the "modern" paint !

Great thanks for these quick answers ! Very helpfull !

The only difference on my mortar is the fuze completely steel made. It's a steel block with a form of fuze !
I suppose that this mortar is a first instruction projectile without explosive or pyrotechnic charge. Only the propulsive charge for a short training range. Is it possible ?
