Panzer IV wreck in auction

Hallo, I wonder if it wouldnt be easier to start from scratch.
looks like former target.

The Charioteer has possibilities as long as someone has a large enough wallet,or even as is in a museum,just as long as they dont get scrapped,

A few years ago thery sold in auction a couple of StuG target wrecks in similar condition. They all sold for far more.
