TOW Missile Warhead markings???

I'm looking to restore my TOW missile as best I can. I have one good side and a good rear fin from another find to work from. This was a practice missile as the warhead cone was half caved in and blue in color. When I was a kid, back in the late 1980's, I did a bad restoration and just painted the warhead black. Pics attached. Anyway, I've been researching trying to find markings for the warhead section and can't really find much of anything. I assume it should be black in color with yellow stencils... but just can't find any pics to reference from! And if anyone has pointers on how to best restore the tail end, feel free to comment or email me. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Also, with what research I've done, these seem kind of rare. Thoughts?

Well, I didn't do much on the restoration... but it looks better than it did. No warhead markings. I had to make three new rear fins... a lot of work with files and belt sanders. Not perfect but close enough. The fins fit in place and look better than nothing. I had a lot of fun taking this thing apart and working on it... photos of homemade fins (one original and three home made) and how it looks in it's final resting spot hanging in "The Bunker" (aka ManCave).

I think you've done a more than passable job there. I've only ever seen a sectioned instructional missile and yours looks good. Whenever I `monitored' any firings the Lynx helicopter was a small speck in the distance and the missile was just a streak of smoke and a bit of background noise, while the targets were over 4,000 metres away. There were never any failures, so I never got hands-on with destroying a missile.

I've lucked into a similar condition trainer TOW projo yesterday, needs sheetmetal work and all 4 tailfins.
