IMO the fuze is GVMZ, not M50.
This photo is for sale on ebay; however, I see so few photos of Russian ordnance from WWII that I thought I would preserve this here. I believe that is an M50 fuse in the nose.

I just took delivery of a 1944 dated Russian 120mm mortar round. It has the correct fuse, and I repainted it.

A fair old lump, quite an impressive talking piece, nice.
Here is a Polish training bomb made in the 1950's - probably in Russia. Notice the fuse is threaded and has a protector now. About 30 of these were in with all the Polish training ordnance that showed up in the US over the last few years.

any live or recovered ordnance shown in my posts was dealt with by trained EOD personnel
