Markings on the steel in 8.8 projectile body

Any idea about these markings??
1000a = load type
1.37 = Loading date
20a DL 399 1936 lot and year of manufacture body?


KPS (type of drive band)


( round mark on the flat surface is tested for durometer) with Waffenamt close )


Any idea about the rest of markings??????

That is a beautiful 88mm shell. I have never seen one so well marked, and it is also the first 88mm I have seen with KPS driving bands. It would go well with my brass 1936 dated case.

Does the base plug unscrew? Does anyone know how hard it is to unscrew the base plug or if they are right or left hand thread?
 
If the base cap unscrewing.
When not been removed they can never be difficult to unscrew, but if they are not oxidized relatively easily unscrewed ...
its thread is clockwise.
