Unknown 60mm Mortar bomb

Good Evening All,

Can anyone ID this mortar round - country, period?

Definitely 60mm (measured), but no marking except on the brass fuse body:

No time to dig in the pubs today, but I believe that the triangle shown on the fuze was a Chinese marking.
 
could be this one with another fuze, hope you can read chinese.

Very interesting - seems to imply a "1931" year date, but the Chinese Type 31 copied the American M2 which was based on the French "Stokes-Brandt" 1935 model according to this:

(perhaps my Chinese just sucks!)

BTW - I don't recall the Chinese following a similar dating system as that of the Japanese (i.e Showa) to imply that "Type 31" referenced a specific year - could be wrong!

Early meaning? Figure anywhere from the 50s-70s.
