Lost item, any claims?

2 night ago around midnight a lost bomb was found downtown Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Item was removed from the site same night around 3.30. Claims for this item will be received until next Monday when it will be disposed.

nobody messed with the bomb. it was found on the construction site and defuzed by an EOD team as soon as all safety measures were undertaken. after that bomb was transported to the temporary depot and will be destroyed in couple of days.

Last month we had to blow the AN M64A1 bomb fuzed with M116 tail fuze in the settlement less than 10 meters from the closest house and with more than 50 houses in the danger perimeter so we had to build large protective barrier .

Sorry, I must have misunderstood you. I thought a discovered bomb just vanished (did happen in the Netherlands some years ago with a big shell).
Must have been quite a job to blow this AN M64A1 without doing damage to the houses in the surrounding. Great job :rock:
