125 = Lieferungsnummer (delivery number)
a = Ratenbuchstabe (one delivery-number was separated into several "Raten")
DL135 = company which pressed to projectile = Sächsische Gussstahlwerke Döhlen (not far from Dresden)
DL195 = company which machined the projectile = Sachsenwerk Licht- und Kraft AG Radeberg (also near Dresden)
DL itself means Deutsch-Luxemburgische Bergwerks- und Hüttengesellschaft. This company was the only company according the treaty of Versailles which was allowed to produce projectiles. The DL+number stamps were used to hide the real manufacturers.
