Ink markings on Finnish used 122x157R case

Hi all,

I have a steel case for the 122x157R137 M1910/30 with several markings. Some older ones seem Russian, later Finnish style markings are added. I am trying to understand what the date of this case is. Images are going to be difficult so I will try in text. The original case looks post-war to me, but the (fake?) ink reminds me of WW2.

Markings I see on the bottom of the case (stamped in, not ink):
12-o-clock A K
3-o-clock 3 K pi-like Russian letter H M
6-o-clock nothing
9-o-clock 25 38 (note: not 38r!)

Ink on side of the case: [Tark AV9/43 KJA] [KeskusV8190145CC] [340 + 25 + 3 x 173] [A4946]

Pictures of base and side would be helpful. Basically Finland did not stamp any markings on case head, just used ink stamps on side.

Ink stamps are Finnish: first one "inspected at supply depot 9 1943", KJA is most likely inspector's initial. Second is "Central depot 8, 19.01.1945", CC I don't know. Numbers are weights of powder charge bags. A4946 is ammunition number for grenade used with this charge.

I would like to re-discuss these cases, now that I found a second one. First, the cases are not made of steel but from Zinc and consist of 2 parts. The bottom part and a coiled case body part. The inner is coated and has a brown color. Both cases are the same and have Russian markings on the bottom, one case has ink markings that are Finnish (as discussed previously).

The markings on the bottom of the cases are Russian, but I can't understand what they mean. These cases, that are not listed in my library, are supposed to be scrap material production for Russia during the Leningrad siege (but I have no proof of this). There is no clear marking year of manufacture, for Russian cases I am used to e.g. "43r".

For some reason these cheap production cases have been re-used by the Finnish.

I added images. Any further clarification would help!
