Hallo Ben,
If that fuzeplug is the Ersst. f. BdZ f. 15cm Gr.19 Be (in the housing with gr Zdlg C/98) the projectile looks more like a 15cm.
In this case the projectile would be for the 15cm K5M. Smaller scale test gun for the 28cm K5.
Source Hogg Ian, German Artilery of WW2 page 132.

The calibre is 105 for sure, the Ersst is a smaller version than for the 15 cm Gr.Be I have the 28 cm K5, but this 105 is complete different. regards Ben

Hi Ben, I am quite sure that You measure correctly.
The shape of the plug is however quite destinctive for the 15cm and 21cm fuzes with the gr Zdlg.98. The base of these has 76mm in diameter and total length is 155,5mm. What are the dimentions of the Ersst in Your projectile?
Maybe we could find the scale ratio.

The development of Tiefzug ammunition started before the war and I am sure there were some small scale experimental guns. Possibly for the K12.

Do You have the Tiefzug or Vielzug version of the 28mm K5?

Regards Bob.

I guess I found it on Wiki:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/21_cm_K_12_(E)

"Several test barrels, known as the 10.5 cm K 12 M, and shells were made in 1935 and were compared to a conventionally rifled barrel (the 10.5 cm K 12 MKu). The tests proved that Krupp's concept was correct."

Above mentioned Hogg's book page 120.
