6.5 Carcano, brass stripper clips

...are Italian 6.5 Carcano in brass stripper clips more collectible than the rounds in steel clips? The brass clips are marked SMI B*29 and B* 24, other "BP B19". I have a few boxes of both steel and brass and wonder which are " keepers"?
