Cow Bell Preparation for casing sizing / adjustments

I have shown Cow bells a few times as being extremely useful
to bring back the top of the neck of a casing to fit a projectile
when it is not too badly distorted.

All Cow bells are not equal and some can have a rough upper interior due
to (I guess) sand casting. This is easily taken care of and is necessary
to avoid scarring the top of the case and to make the operation go smoothly.
Basically you make or find anything that you can put into a drill and put some
sandpaper over that is a snug but loose fit inside the bell (so it spinds but does not jam tight). Doing this you simply then
grind the interior until smooth using several grades of sandpaper.

If you make a simple nut and bolt contrivance as I did a counter rotating
drill is useful to keep it from unscrewing itself and driving one slightly mad ~ :xd: (like it's not already too late)
