Pz Abw VMi3 EX A is a fully INERT Version, issued to German Bundeswehr
Pz = PANZER = Tank
Abw= Abwehr = Anti
V stands maybe for Versuch= Trial but could also be V for Verlege=laying
Mi = Mine
3 = Version No. in early time (not DM for Deutsches Modell = German Pattern, as later in use)
EX = Exerzier = Dummy-Type = INERT
A could be Pattern A (myabe subtype)

Please chekout also that here the Swedish manufacturer FFV is marked and the look cannot hide ist roots.

I am going to guess that the GEF is going to be a German Company, probably for the fill or fuze. But this is just a guess.
