They don't over react in Devon. In fact you have to look closely to see if they have reacted at all, normally they lean over a field gate chewing the end of a piece of grass contemplating something. Don't they Tim?!
Good job they didn't contact my local Police. They'd have put a one mile cordon around it, called EOD from three locations and shut down all Police station within 10 miles. Plus had the Police helicopter overhead for 6 hours.
Most probably shut the whole of the UK down and issued polystyrene suits to everyone and bags of cotton wool just in case, God help us if the terrorist kick off big time over here, the snowflakes will just melt right away.
