Tilt rod? Id help

Not sure, but it seems to have some points of contact with the fuzes of this german drifting mine, TW 14/42 W10.

At the widest they are 65mm diameter, and overall 115mm
I have 2 complete devices, 1 in great condition the second needs stripping and cleaning. I also have one rod

the rod is 140mm long overall and 100mm from the joint to the end.
18mm diameter above the joint tapering to 5mm at the end.

About the value I can't say, but these devices are rare as the mines that used them.
