No rivets were used on german torpedoes after the initial versions of the G7a(TI) (ie mid/late 1920's), so definately not a german G7e variant. It's not a G7a(TI) as well (both G7a and G7e were made of steel).
Most likely british, but I don't know much about them, so I can't give an id from this sparse info. Given that it's made of brass, it's certainly an older torpedo (WW1 or before), and german torpedoes of that era is of course also an option.

Thank you for your reply , most likely its British as this part has been found in the same place

Thats a cool part to have from any torpedo, its fuze/pistol. Cool seeing it stamped, "RNTF," Royal Navy Torpedo Factory.

Yes, that's a certain proof. These parts are obviously from a warhead, and a typical british design (the long, thin pocket in the nose contains the primer-charge). No idea yet regarding the type of torpedo other than it being old due to the material used, but I think similar design for warheads were used for most british torpedoes; certainly for the Mk VIII and Mk IX which were in service until the 1990's in certain navies (we phased out the Mk VIII from RNoN service in 1994).
