i will try and explain in simple terms although i do not know the full story but here goes,
lighted boiler in his house but used too much.... which made boiler explode, ambulance and fire service called then police arrived did not like what thy found, EOD arrive every body busy had loads of work ,,,,, blar barrr blar ....trial .....prison
