Nothing in my docs.
According to russianarms.ru, the answer may be in that book : Е.Пырьев, С.Резниченко. Бомбардировочное вооружение авиации России 1912-1945 гг. (E.Pyrev, S.Reznichenko. The bomber armament of Russian aviation in 1912-1945.)
I've checked this book - there's no drawing of the KhAB-250, just a short notice that it was put into service in 1945, and a speculation, it could be a derivative of the KhAB-200 with capacity increased by enlarging the rear part of the warhead into the tail cone. That's all.
