its US navy or marine corp as they are the only ones who use the MK MOD designation on ordnance items
 
The Royal Navy also uses MK ------ MOD----- , as in MK 11 MOD 0 AS Depth Bomb

What are the units of the meter, temperature? Could it fit into the "bottle racks" for ammunition in the ships' magazine to monitor charge temperature?

Hi thank you guys for your input it doesnt say what the units of meter are just says 0 -50 , it looks like it what fit inside a 105 shell case
