This place is amazing. Roller 63 visited it in 2010 and said how good it was then.
They have a world class collection of SOE/OSS equipment, including knives, pistols
and fantastic clandestine radios, also histories and citations of some of the well known leading lights
of the SOE/resistance.
They have a lot of anti-tank ammunition and missiles, grenades, mortars, bombs etc.
I have not included much of the medieval weapons but have included some of the armour
and have not done much about the rifle and pistol collections.
Unlike some museums which are padded out, this has a lot more not on display, waiting for another building.
It is only just up the road from Harwich and about an hour from Duxford.
I will have to do this in parts because I am getting battle fatigue.
It has come out in reverse order because I am not a techie.
