Today this object is open for public but 21 years ago it was one of the hardest kept secrets in Yugoslavia. It was meant to be a nuclear shelter for the supreme commander (Marshal Josip Broz Tito) and his staff. Shelter/bunker is built under the Zlatar mountain near city Konjic in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is able to sustain nuclear blast of 25 kt yield and to accommodate 350 persons over the 6 months.

Thanks for the photos.

There is a similar bunker open as a museum at Kelvedon Hatch in Essex here in the UK.
