Hallo,
in US manuals, only late WW2, around 1945, the above named chemical fuzes for AT mines, are described. After WW2 I can find no mentioning of these any more. My questions are: Is there any difference between the different model No's and if yes, which ? Does anybody have any more detailed descriptions of these fuze(s) ? Was there a detonator assembled inside the boostercup or was the comp filled inside the cup the det.-comp.? According to the few descriptions in the manuals these fuzes seem all to be the same. They were used in the following AT Mines : Mine,AT,H.E.,Light,T7 (M7) with fuze, chemical, mine antitank,T9 ; Mine, AT, H.E., heavy, T6E1 or M6 with fuze M 600 or Fuze, chemical, mine, antitank, T8E1.
Regards,
Bellifortis.
