120MM TK questions

Hello,

First of all, this site is awesome..Incredible amount of knowledge.

I have an opportunity to acquire a 120MM tank projectile. Owner says it is a practice projectile and not explosive. Before I pick this thing up I want to confirm if it is safe and exactly what it is.

It has been fired. It is mostly rusted but it was blue at one point. Numbers on the side are:
349P
120MM TK
SX912
C3813 PAT
5/73 LOT 833

Base plate is solid and is #SX 1044

From research I believe the "349P" to mean practice - is this so? What does 349 mean?

Would there be explosive inside? Any and all help appreciated. Thank you

Confirmation 120mm TANK Squash Head PRACTICE it is filled with an INERT HE substitute to give weight,,The base contains 4 tracer elements which are ignited when the round is fired
As seen in your phots the practice rounds have a blank base without base fuze the attached image shows how the base fuzed live version differs
